Our role is advisory. We are not a visa-issuing authority, government body, or employment agency. Final decisions on admissions, visas, and immigration approvals rest solely with the concerned universities, embassies, and government departments.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent; and
- Legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. User Responsibilities

- Cooperate with our team by submitting requested documents on time.
Yellora is not responsible for delays or denials resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by users.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Service fees are charged as per the package selected and are non-refundable once documentation or processing has begun.
- Payment must be made only through authorised modes (bank transfer, UPI, or partner payment links).
- Government, university, or third-party fees (such as embassy visa charges, courier costs, translation, or verification fees) are separate and borne by the applicant.
- Refunds, where applicable, will follow our Refund Policy outlined separately.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to external websites or services operated by third parties (universities, embassies, testing agencies, etc.). Yellora is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or organisation.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, text, graphics, designs, and trademarks on our platforms are the property of Yellora Overseas Services or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yellora Overseas is not liable for:
- Visa refusals, delays, or changes in government policy;
- Actions or omissions of third parties (universities, embassies, agencies, etc.);
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our Services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client for the specific service.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information shared with us is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. We collect only necessary details for providing immigration or study services, and never sell or misuse client data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:
- You breach any of these Terms;
- You engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of our platform; or
- You fail to complete payments or cooperate with required documentation.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our Services after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
